The only reason Credit Card details are requested by The Wright Nanny Agency outside of the secure shopping cart environment within  it's website is to pay for placement fee's for services performed by The Wright Nanny Agency child care contractors. When The Wright Nanny Agency collects credit card details via facsimile, the facsimile is placed in a secure location and protected from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modifications and disclosure. This is ensured by storing the document in a secure and protected manner such as locked filing cabinets and not on any of The Wright Nanny networked computers.

Credit Card details are required to be stored onsite for twelve (12) months for archive purposes. After twelve (12) months, the documents containing credit card details will be destroyed in a secure manner. Examples of destruction in a secure manner include shredding, pulping or disintegration of paper files, fire or contracting an authorised disposal company for secure disposal.

Personal Information supplied in hard copy including any notes taken by The Wright Nanny Agency staff on the applicant during registration or application are stored in a secure and protected manner such as locked filing cabinets. Electronic correspondence such as an applicants resume, provided to The Wright Nanny Agency during the registration or application process is stored on a hard drive protected by a commercial firewall product.

What About "Cookies"?
