How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping times depend on your location but the longest it should take to receive your item is 6 working days.

What is the cost of Shipping?

Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $10 per order for all orders up to 20kg. For all orders exceeding this the customer will be notified of the additional costs prior to despatch. All orders over $150 will receive free shipping.

Is my package insured?

The Wright Nanny will insure packages if requested. Before placing an order contact costumer support for details.

Do you offer a printed catalog?

No. Currently we do not offer a printed catalog.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

No. Currently a system to cancel orders is not in place.

What payment options are accepted by The Wright Nanny?

Currently we accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and cheque payment. Please note: Delivery will not proceed until cheques have cleared.

How are my items shipped?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. The Wright Nanny ships with Couriers Please. For extra large items an alternative shipping company may be used to ensure the best value for our customers.

Can I request another packaging method for my order?

We do not currently offer options on packaging methods.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

No. Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How do I know that my item has shipped?

After your order has shipped, you should receive an email. If for any reason you do not receive correspondence, please contact our Customer Support via email.

When will my order arrive?

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation. Please contact our Customer Support via email with any additional questions. Delivery time averages 3 to 6 business days once your item(s) leave our facility.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange, provided the item is returned within thirty (12) days from date of shipment.

To return a purchased item:

Be sure to include your invoice with the product(s) you are returning. If you do not have your original invoice, please include a separate sheet of paper including the order number, name, address and a brief reason why this item(s) is being returned. This will help in processing your return faster.

The Wright Nanny may be unable to process returns received without your invoice or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number.
