Screening Process

As our name implies, our mission is to find "The Wright Nanny" for each family. We achieve this by maintaining a rigorous screening process of all potential carers, and by conducting in-depth interviews with both families and the carers. We also pay close attention to the personal details that can ensure a harmonious match is made.


We pre-screen selected candidates through:

1. An interview assessing;


    * overall experience,


    * qualifications,


    * childcare knowledge, and


    * developmental understanding.


2. Verbal verification of employment history and references, asking questions appropriate to assessing the suitability to become one of The Wright Nanny's child care professionals.


3. An Office of the Children's Guardian approved 'Working With Children' check.
